MR. MACDONALD HOPES FOR LASTING GOOD TREATY SENT TO LEAGUE British Official Wireless Reed. 10.45 a.m. RUGBY, Sunday. In forwarding the text of the London Na.vai Treaty to the SecretaryGeneral of the League of Nations at Geneva, Mr. Ramsay MacDonald, the British Prime Minister, has sent an accompanying letter, in which he expresses the hope that the results achieved at the conference will have the effect of facilitating future labours of the Preparatory Commission.
