RAILWAY BLOCKED

TREE FALLS ACROSS LINE A tree which was being cut down for firewood was blown across the railway line, between the Avondale and Mount Albert stations, by a gust of wind 3'esterday. Both stations were immediately warned of the obstruction, and the line was cleared before the trains started running.
