NEW WAIWERA BRIDGE
A new bridge, which will be tire last link in the new all-weather road from Auckland to Warkworth. is to be constructed over the Waiwera River on the Auckland-Mauneaturoto main highway, and tenders have been called for the '.York. The bridge will 1 e erected in ferroconcrete, and will k»ve a roadway ISft wide, and 11 spans, each 30ft long. Approximately ten chains of filling work will be required to make the approach on the southern side. The construction of the bridge is expected to be finished by the end of the year.
