Mr E. Robinson, herd-tester for the Kiwitain-Kereone group, is to sail from Wellington for Sydney on May 16. en ? to England to rejoin his parents. * Fiobinson has proved very popular during his stay with the various families in the Kereone district.
Messrs. R. T. Scott and W. J. Neels officers respectively of the Morrinsville and Kereone Lodges of M.U.0., will attend the biennial movable conference ol the order, which opens in Palmerston North on Monday.

formation of a United Friendly Societies’ Council, uniting the lodges of the Morrinsville district for their mutual benefit, was agreed to at an enthusiastic meeting of representatives of the Morrinsville. Kereone and Waitoa Lodges, M.U.0., Morrinsville Rechabites and Morriysville Druids. Officers were elected as follow:—President, Bro. R. IT. Goble (Druids); vicepresidents, Bro. G. E. Beswick (Rechabites) ; secretary. Bro. R. J. Scott (Morrinsville, M.U.0.); treasurer, Bro. G F. Oates (Morrinsville, M.U.0.); trustees. Bro. J. F. Norman (Kereone, M.U.0.), A. V. Allat (Druids) and D. West (Rechabites); auditors. Bros. E. C. Ennis (Druids) and O. W. Mulcahy (Morrinsville, M.U.0.).
