BURGLARY CHARGE

THREE MAORIS REMANDED Three Maori labourers, Peter Stewart, aged 46, John Te Woake, alias John Howard, 19, and James Toko, 18, were remanded by Mr. E. C. Cutten, S.M., in the Police Court today to appear at Dargaville on April 30 on a breaking, entering, and theft charge. The three were alleged to have broken and entered, on March 10, 1930, the house of Henry Harding Wilson at Ivaihu and stolen goods valued at £2O. Detective-Sergeant Kelly applied for the remand.
