STRIKERS SEEK JOBS
FINEGAND FREEZING WORKS TROUBLE RE-ENGAGEMENT REFUSED Press Association DUNEDIN, Tuesday, following * meeting last night of men on strike at the Finegand freezing Morks, the majority presented themselves to the management today and asked to be reinstated unconditionally. The management refused on the ground that the men’s places had been tilled and that no hooks were available.
