LORD HALDANE’S OWNER WINS HIS APPEAL
r |'' H E appeal of A. R. Saunders * against the disqualification by the Thames Trotting Club of the horse Lord Haldane was upheld by the Board of the New Zealand Trotting Association. The board directed that the stakes be paid out in accordance with the judge’s original placings, and that the club pay appellants costs, £.lO ss.
