BAY OF PLENTY MATCH Special to THE SUN WHAKATANE, Today. The touring: Auckland Y.M.C.A. cricket team played the Bay of Plenty representatives at Whakatane yesterday. Y.M.C.A., in its first innings, compiled 177 (A. Riddolls 81, J. H. Miller 51, Paton 17). Bowling for the Bay*, York secured six wickets. Bay of Plenty, in its first innings, scored 95 (Lees 32, Sutherland 22). Bowling for Y.M.C.A., R. Riddolls took four wickets, Miller four, and Clark two.
