TOUCHES OF PINK IN BOUQUET OF WHITE FLOWERS

CRAIG—BRINDSDEN A frock of ivory georgette was chosen fay Laurel, only daughter of Mr. and Mrs. W. Bnnsden, of Grange Road. Mount Eden, for her marriage to Arthur, youngest son of Mrs. and the late Mr. R. Craig, •of Devonport, which took place on Wednesday evening at St. Matthew’s Church. The ceremony was performed by Canon C. H. Grant Cowen. The bride, who entered the church with her father, wore her ivory georgette frock made with a flared skirt falling from a graduated waistline to form a slightly uneven hem. The skirt was ornamented with sprays of pink and silver flowers, with rows of tiny frills just above the hem. The narrow band of georgette which encircled the waist was caught in the front with a diamente buckle. Her pretty tulle veil was arranged with a cap of lace and she carried a shower bouquet of white flowers with touches of pale pink. The bride was attended by t\yo maids, Aliss Laurel Buckley and Aliss Boris Alesser. They were dressed alike in ivory georgette frocks, the skirts, which dipped slightly at the back were composed of deep frills, while a spray of pink and silver flowers was worn on__one shoulder.

They wore pink felt hats turned off the face and swathed with pink velvet ribbon. They carried posies of pink flowers.

Little Pattie Couch was flower girl and wore a dainty shell pink frock, with a satin bodice And frilled georgette skirt. Her pink tulle head-drf'S was trimmed with rosebuds and sue carried a posy of pink flowers. The bridegroom was attended by Air. John Pool as best man and Air. Arnold Gladding was groomsman. Airs. Brinsden, mother of the bride, wore a bottle green lace frock under a navy blue fur-trimmed coat and a green ~ felt hat embroidered in gold. She carried a bouquet of autumn flowers. Mrs. Craig chose a frock of black silk crepe satin relieved with cream georgette and a hat to match.
