DRAFT TREATY READY
NAVAL POWERS REVIEW AGREEMENT POINTS SIGNATURE THIS WEEK Reed. 10.30 a.m. RUGBY, Sunday. A draft of the Naval Treaty has been completed and the German particulars have been telegraphed by the delegations to Washington, Tokyo, Paris and Rome. The treaty will be a long document of approximately 12,000 words, the conclusions reached and the committee reports already published contributing largely to Its length. The views of the respective Governments will, It is hoped, be reviewed in time for the final conference session to be held on Tuesday morning. Cutting short his holiday at Lossiemouth, Mr. Ramsay MacDonald is returning to London owing to questions arising from the Naval Conference.
