REPORT SAYS BYRD SAW RADIUM IN SOUTH EXPEDITION SUGGESTED LONDON, April 12. It is reported from the United States that Rear-Admiral Byrd, who has just returned from his Antarctic expedition, discovered rich radium deposits and as a result suggested the organisation of a British expedition. . British official circles declare that they have absolutely no knowledge of the discoveries.
