Ivicinnes. Commissioner or Crown Lands and Minister of Mines. —Mr. K. Richards. Minister ot Agriculture ana Minister of immigration. —Mr. S. ±t. Whitelord. Mr. W. Harvey, who has also been appointed, has not yet had his duties allotted. Mr. E. Shepherd was selected Speaker, anti Mr. F. Stanford, Chairman ot Committees.
