TWO N.Z. RIDERS

TOURIST TROPHY RACES There will be two New Zealanders competing in the Tourist Trophy races ut the Isle of Man in June. Percy Coleman, champion heavy-weight rider, went overseas some time ago as the official representative, and Den Coulthard, a well-known Auckland speedster, who rode with success against Coleman at a recent meeting on Henning’s Speedway, Mangere, has also sailed for England to join a Velocette team. Australia’s representative is Stuart Williams, "who lias been consistently before the public eyo during the past six or seven years. He is one of the only two men in Australia with Tourist Trophy experience, having competed in the classic in cojnpany with Arthur Stratford in 1925 at the invitation of the A.J.S. Company. In Australia he has been most successful, and since 1926. when he won the Junior Grand Prix of Australia, he bas accounted for all the long distance races. These include: All Powers Championship of New South Wales, 3 50-Mile Grand Prix of Australia. 192 G. and in 1929 the New South Wales Senior Tourist Trophy. In this series he also secured second place in the junior event.
