TE PUKE CLUB’S GATHERING From Our Ovm Correspondent ROTORUA. Alonday. Te Puke Alotor-cycle Club held a very successful gathering on the Mount Beach over the week-end, when there were competitors from Hamilton, Cambridge. Rotorua, Whakatane and Te Puke. Results were: Novice Handicap, 3 miles, in mile laps. —P. Basham (Norton), 1; R. Pickard (Camshaft A.J.S.), 2; AI. Beaurrint (Camshaft Norton), 3. Seven Aliles Championship.—F* Morris, Hamilton (Brough Superior); 1; T. Snow, Rotorua (34 Norton), 2; J. Alorris, Cambridge (Camshaft A.J.S.), 3. This was a great race, in which the Brough Superior and Norton were neck and neck the whole way. Snow fell at the last turn, but gained a good second place. Slow Race.—J. Riddle (8.5. A.), 1; L. Folks (New Imperial), 2. Seven-mile Handicap, for cup and miniature.—T. Snow (35 Norton), 15s, 1; F. Alorris (Brough Superior), scr, 2- S Williamson (3£ A.J.S.), 40s, 3. The limit man was on 100 s. Four-mile Handicap.—R. McLeod (22 A.J.S.), 50s. 1; S. Williamson (35 A.J.S.). 255, 2; T. Snow (34 Norton), scr, 3. Consolation Handicap.—W. Bigwood, Whakatane (34 Raleigh), scr, 1: R.
