RUSSIANS IN LONDON HAVE .LITTLE CHOICE ORDERED TO MOSCOW British Official 'Wireless RUGBY, Thursday. The Home Secretary, Mr. J. R. Clynes, was questioned in the House of Commons today about, the decree issued by the Russian Consul-General in London to a number of Russian subjects domiciled here ordering them to return to Moscow, where they are liable to execution. The Minister was asked what action he proposed to take with regard to the continued residence in this country of the men in, question. Mr. Clynes said he had only seen the newspaper reports of the matter. No representations had reached him from any of the people supposed to be concerned. He was now engaged in inquiring into the position of certain former employees of Russian organisations in Britain, and he had no doubt that all relevant considerations would came to light in these inquiries.
