PAPATOETOE CLUB FULL RINK TOURNEY Keen contests were the order of the day at the full rink tournament, held yesterday under the auspices of the Papatoetoe Bowling Club. The majority of the city clubs were represented, and teams from as far south as Pukekohe and Clevedon participated. The greens were in good condition, but a trifle heavy at the beginning of the tourney on account of recent rains. Carter’s team from Carlton won the competition outright with five wins, and four tied for second place. The ultimate winners were skipped by Bavliss, of Papatoetoe.
