EXCLUSION BY WELLINGTON CITY COUNCIL RIGHTS “FORFEITED” Press ... WELLINGTON, Thursday. Through failure to supply information concerning its activities the League football code has been excluded from the Wellington City «'ouncil’s allocation of playing grounds for the coming season. Criticism of the code's laxity was expressed by members at a meeting of the council last evening, when it Avas stated that the organisation had forfeited its right to play on city reserves.
