LIMPED INTO PORT

THEN COLLIDED WITH SHIP TIED AT BERTH STEAMER’S ILL LUCK SYDNEY, Wednesday. The British tramp steamer Inkula. which was towed into Newcastle yesterday short of coal, limped into port at Sydney today. While she was berthing she collided with the Ulimaroa, which was coaling. Two of the Ulimaroa’s plates were dented, but her sailing for New Zealand will not be affected. The Inkula ran short of coal on her voyage from Ocean Island. The crow also were short of food. The vessel just managed to reach port in a leaky condition owing to the buffeting she had received in heavy weather.
