AUSTRALIANS HAVE NO LUCK AT MONTE CARLO LONDON, April 1. Monte Carlo, according to Mr. J. B. Thecmin, of Melbourne, who Has just spent the winter on the Riviera, is not the terrible gambling place it is supposed by some people to be. Monte Carlo, was undergoing a severe slump.
