UNION IN COURT WELLINGTON, Tuesday. A council of conciliation met today to consider the claims for a new award made by the Association of Musicians, i Ihe proceedings were taken in committee and considerable progress was made in arranging matters of minor | importance. Difficulty, however, was experienced by the parties in fixing the scope over which the union should operate.
