GIRL “RIPPER”
MURDERER AT TWELVE YEARS OF AGE SENSATION IN GERMANY United P.A.—-By Telegraph—Copyright Reed. 12.20 p.m. BERLIN, Sunday. An extraordinary parallel to the “Ripper” outrages at Dusseldorf, has been revealed at Saarbrucken, but in this instance the perpetrator is a twelve-year-old girl, Kathleen Reifer, who has confessed to killing a four-year-old infant, and inflicting savage injuries on four others. The. body of a murdered girl was found carefully hidden in a hollow near a disused csmet.ery, and in the next few days a f ) r-year-old girl was found distracted with throttling marks on her neck. Then in quick succession three others were discovered in a similar way. The girl Reifer maintained a stubborn silence to the police questions, and refused to give a motive. Her parents are excellent citizens.
