MEMBERS OF PONSONBY CROQUET CLUB ENTERTAINED
The members of the Ponsonby Croquet Club were entertained on Saturday afternoon by Airs. Adams on their lawns at Victoria Park. The weather was bright and sunny, and a very happy afternoon was spent in playing progressive croquet. Prizes for play were won by Alesdames C. E. ITardley, Green, Grecnslade, Downes, Black and Leonard. After presenting the prices. Airs. Adams made small presentation to the secretary. Airs. Torrance, in recognition of her help. Airs. C. E. ITardley, on behalf of the members, thanked Airs. Adams for her hospitality.
