CRYSTAL PALACE, MOUNT EDEN
“Broadway Dancers.” an all-talking and singing picture, which is now at the Crystal Palace Theatre, is a decidedly pleasing romantic drama interspersed with catchy tunes and artistic dance numbers. Ihe story is simple, but sufficiently strong: to carry the interest of the audience, even without the excellent musical features. Acting- honom's must be about equally divided among the three principals Marie Saxon, Jack Egan and Louise Fazenda. Miss Saxon is a charming blonde with great dancing and singing ability. Her role in ‘ The Broadway Lancers” gives her plenty of opportunity to display these talents. She won much favour w ith last, ight s audience. George Archainbaud deserves mention for the excellent direction. Too Much Luck” is The title tentatively selected for another all-talking screen play in which Maurice Chevalier will star for Paramount. “Too Much Luck,” which was written specially for Chevalier, is to bo produced at the Lons Island studios*
