NOW WASTE PAPER
WAR DEBT DOCUMENTS SCRAPPED BY EXPERTS YOUNG PLAN TO OPERATE PARIS, Wednesday. Waste paper merchants have been invited to buy the documents discarded by the Reparation Commission, which is being wound up in consequence of the adoption of the Young Plan. The commission spent £ lb,ooo on typewriting paper alone. It is estinfcited that its reports, if piled on top °f one another, would be higher than the Eiffel Tower.
