LABOUR PROTESTS
STONEWALL ON POLITICAL SALARY CUT BILL PASSED IN N.S.W. SYDNEY, Wednesday. In the Legislative Assembly today a Bill to reduce Ministers’ and members’ salaries 15 per cent., owing to the financial stringency, was passed through committee. Labour members stonewalled throughout. The Bill was read a third time.
