S ARROW’S HAND INJURED
UNABLE TO FIGHT FOR SOME WEEKS MAY APPEAR IN DUNEDIN Press Association WELLINGTON. Tuesday. Pete Sarron, the American boxer, has had his injured left hand medically examined, and it is now in a pack. It is still considerably swollen, and it will be five weeks at least before he will be able to enter the ring again. If his hand was recovered he will be prepared to meet Tommy Donovan in a return -match, as Sarron is naturally anxious to avenge last Saturday’s defeat. Although nothing has yet been definitely settled, it is probable that the contest will be held in Dunedin, but the lateness of the season may prevent the contest from taking place in the open air.
