FUNDS FOR HOSPITAL AUXILIARY

SUCCESSFUL BRIDGE AFTERNOON On Thursday last the attractive rooms of the Cameo Club were the scene of an enjoyable bridge afternoon, from which the auxiliary benefited considerably. The Mayoress, Mrs, Campbell, and the president, Mrs. Alfred Kidd, were both there during the afternoon. Tea was in the hands of Mrs. Orysdale and Mrs. Maguire, with Mrs. Balgarnie and Mrs. Behague to help. Owing to illness Mrs. Wettenhall. the convener of the Ways and Means Committee, was unable to be present, and the secretary. Miss Trevithick, acted as hostess in her place. Three prizes had been donated and were won by Mrs. Chapman, Mrs. Fitzherbert and Mrs. Meehan. Among those playing were:—-Mrs. Wakeman, Mrs. Bradley. Mrs. Hilton, Mrs. Slam-. Mrs. Barnard, Mrs. A. L.
