GARDEN PARTY
OTOROHANGA FUNCTION FOR CHURCH FUNDS On Saturday, at the home of Mrs. D. W. Selbie, “Oakleigh,” Oiorohanga, a garden party, was held in aid of funds for the St. Bride’s Anglican Church. Miniature cricket and clock golf entertained the guests, and afternoon tea was partaken of at tables set out on the lawn. Among those present were: Mrs. H. C. Alexander. Mrs. C. R. C. Elomfield, Mrs. G. M. Farmer, Mrs. M. H. Hilder, Mrs. A. B. R. Mossman, Mrs. J. Treliarne, Mrs Phillips, Mrs. R. T. Rhodes, Mrs. P IT. Rowe, Mrs. P. F. Skinner, Mrs. H. W. Smith, Mrs. A. Tait, Mrs. Thompson, Misses Vera and Mary Edwards, Misses Helen and Phyllis Farmer, Miss Ngaire Alexander, and Miss | Lilian Quinlan.
