HIS MAJESTY’S THEATRE
FREDDIE FORBES’S COMEDY COMPANY A sparkling comedy, helped on by brilliant dancing and costumes, is "Mercenary Mary," the current attraction at His Majesty’s Theatre. It is presented by Sir Ben and Mr. John Fuller. The story is in a happy vein, the singing is excellent, and when one says that Freddie Forbes dominates the comedy parts some idea of the quality of “Mercenary Mary" may be gained. There is_ a brilliant finale. The company i 9 an Australian one, and includes the renowned quartet, the Big Four.
Hamilton McFladden has been assigned to direct his second picture for Fox Films, "The Mad Singer," with A 1 Rockett, acting as assistant producer. Mr. MacFladden’s first effort for Fox was the recently completed "Harmony at Home,” which includes in its cast William Collier, Mr. Charlotte Henry, Dixie Lee, Marguerite Churchill, Elizabeth Patterson, and Rex Bell.
