ANZAC DAY
NORTHCOTE SERVICE Arrangements were made for a special evening service on Anzac Day at Xorthcote, at a combined meeting of Borough Council representatives and those of the Women’s Progressive League, at a meeting held in the Borough Council Chambers last evening. The Mayor, Mr. A. E. Greenslade, who presided, said that the service would be conducted at the Palais Theatre on the same lines as in previous years.
