NORTH SHORE TRANSPORT
LIMIT ON PASSENGERS CARRIED Xo exemption from the Motor Omnibus Regulations concerning the number of passengers buses are certified to carry, will be allowed after May 31, according to advice received yesterday by the Xo. 2 (Xorth Shore) District Licensing Authority. Mr. J. W. Williamson presided over the meeting. The transfer of the DevonportXarrow Xeck-Victoria Park service from Glassey Bros, to the Xorth Shore Transport Company, Ltd., was approved. An opinion is to be obtained from the Devonport Borough Council on an application by A. B. Bearsley. Ltd., for permission to amend the timetable and service of the Devonport Wharf-Stanley Bay service.
