UNITEDS IN DUNEDIN

MEETING OF EXECUTIVE Press Association DUNEDIN, Saturday. Internal business only was discussed at a meeting last evening of the United Party executive members in Otago and Southland. The meeting was most enthusiastic, and it was decided to send a telegram to Sir Joseph "Ward congratulating him on his improvement in health and expressing the hope that he would again lead the House. Every confidence in his leadership was expressed. The Hons. W. A. Veitch and W. B. Taverner were present, and they placed before the local executive their views on the alteration in the party organisation. The whole of Otago and Southland districts was represented, and a cordial reception was given the Ministers. -
