ABANDONED GEESE FLOCK
WINE FROM OVERTURNED TRUCK SETS THEM CACKLING Reed. 10.50 a.m, BUDAPEST, Friday. A FLOCK of geese on a common near Kistormas suddenly ran amok, and began cackling raucously. Investigation showed that a motor-lorry had overturned and barrels of wine had run in a ditch, from which the geese had drunk, with the result that hitherto blameless lives were blemished ’ by drunken behaviour.
