FOREIGNERS ILL-TREATED IN CHINESE TOWNS MISSION IN DANGER Reed. 9.50 a.m. PEKING, Friday. Renewed bandit activity is reported on the Kwang-si Province. Tai-pino has been sacked and the foreign missionaries ill-treated. Kanchow, in- the Kiang-sit Province is besieged by a strong armed force of Communists. Anxiety is felt for the safety of the American mission of ten Priests.
