PARTY AT MILFORD
TWO BIRTHDAYS CELEBRATED A successful combined evening in honour of Mrs. Notman and Mrs. Cubitt’s birthdays was held recently at Mrs. Xotman’s residence, Milford. The rooms were prettily arranged with pink and mauve asters. Competitions, games, and dancing passed a merry evening. The hostess received the guests wearing pale pink crepe de chine, and Mrs. Cubit t had on navy lace and georgette. „ Among those present were: Mrs. B. Kenner, in beige georgette: Mrs. Watkin, beaded georgette; Mrs. Hood, flame georgette; Mrs. Brown, tan georgette; Miss Nicholson, blue and white crepo* de chine; Miss *E. Smith, white crepe de chine; Miss Oillander, figured rayon; Miss T. Brown, white and green figured georgette; Miss B. Brown, ivory flat crepe; AUss Alice Knott, navy blue crepe de chine; Miss Florence, brown taffeta; Miss Andrews, figured taffeta and navy blue georgette; Miss Ilood, green crepe «e chine; Miss Betty Cubitt, pale blue crepe de chine.
