NO FREE GOODS NOW ALLOWED DAVIS CUP CONTROL Reed. 2.20 p.m. PARIS, Friday. The International Lawn Tennis Association, including representatives from Australia and New Zealand, refused to permit open tournaments between amateurs and professionals, which America proposed.
