Sir, — Some weeks ago the Prime Minister announced that the shooting of the Samoan youth, Molia, came about as the result of a constable discharging his revolver accidentally when he tripped over a root. Today we learn from a Press Association message that the constable has been acquitted of a manslaughter charge because the court considered the shooting justified, the constable believing his life to be in danger. Are we to believe the Prime Minister or the Press Association? AL WIL.
