GISBORNE WATER WORKS
CITIZENS REFUSE PROPOSALS Press Association GISBORNE, Wednesday. A poll on proposals to raise two general loans and two special loans, the total amount being £131,250, for additions to the sewerage and water works in the town and suburbs, was taken today. All proposals were j rejected by substantial majorities.
