CARRIED 25 MILES
WRECKED LAUNCH CREW WILL NOT LEAVE MATE Reed. 10.40 a.m. PERTH, Today. A steam launch that was proceeding north-west for shark fishing foundered when 60 miles north of Fremantle. The crew of five landed, and one member had to be carried by his companions for 25 miles to ail inland station, where they arrived exhausted. They were without food for two days.
