RIVER BOAT IN FLAMES
TWENTY LIVES LOST IN PETROLEUM FIRE VESSEL DESTROYED . VAICOUVER, Monday. A shocking tragedy is reported in a message from Bogota, Colombia. More than 20 of the passengers and many of the crew of a river steamer lost their lives when the petroleum on board caught fire. The vessel was in dock at the time at Ladorado, Magdalena River. She was destroyed by the flames.
