A boxing fnatch at St. Louis Between Primo Camera, the Italian giant, and Wiggins attracted a record attendance of 19.000 spectators. £ Carnera (19st 51b) knocked out Wiggins (14st 111 b) in the second round. Wiggins was not able to avoid the Italian’s ferocious drives, which twice knocked him from the ring. Camera's blows were practically all rights and lefts to the head.
