All canned vegetables are greatly improved if .emptied from their cans and exposed to the air about half-an - hour before serving. WHEX MAKING APRICOT JAM add a 21b tin of pineapple to 121 b of Apricots and it will greatly improve the flavour. A tin of raspberry jam added to 121 b of tomatoes also makes delicious jam.
