CRASH INTO HORSE

RIDER THROWN HEAVILY From Our Own Correspondent THAMES, Today. Mr. Alex. Moir, of Omahu, was riding a horse and leading another at Puriri yesterday, and when rounding a corner a car crashed into him. The impact broke the horse's two front legs and threw Moir heavily to the ground, inflicting several abrasions. The radiator of the car was driven back and the engine was damaged. The horse was shot immediately.
