MR. JORDAN’S VISIT NORTH From Our Own Correspondent DARGAVILLE, Thursday. Mr. W. J. Jordan, M.P. for Manukau, is on a visit to this district. During his; stay here he is taking the opportunity of addressing several meetings. At Pukehuia on Monday, under the chairmanship of Mr. T. A. Ballantyne, he addressed an audience of about 60 settlers, giving the New Zealand LaboLir Party’s views on present-day politics. He briefly touched on land settlement, cause of unemployment, marketing and other questions. A very hearty vote of thanks was accorded him. At Tangowahine on Tuesday, Mr. Jordan addressed a big meeting of settlers and Public* Works employees. Mr. Ben Coleman presided. Plis address was on similar lines to that of the previoLis evening. Mr. Jordan spoke at Te Kopuru last evening. Tonight he intends to speak at Dargaville and tomorrow night at Ruawai>*
