NEW TRAIN FACILITIES Press Association ■WELLINGTON, Today. Arrangements have been made by the Railway Department by which travellers can now obtain railway tickets and reserve seats, irrespective of the actual day of departure ‘Night trains between Wellington and New Plymouth will begin on Monday. A number of local rates affecting various localities have also been gazetted, including an alteration in the tariff for racehorses.
