A party of Japanese delegates to the third' Pacific Rotary Conference, which is to open in Sydney on March 18, has arrived. Fraternal greetings from Rotariaus in Japan were brought by Yozo Numura, of Yokohama, who hastened to assure the Australians and New Zealanders that the Japanese were not a warlike people.
