RETURN COST £lO FINE From Our Own Correspondent HAMILTON, Today, ith a list of previous convictions to his credit, Frank Fitzwilliams appeared before Justices of the Peace "in Hamilton this morning, and was fined £lO in default two months’ imprisonment on a charge of being found on the Rotorua racecourse. A list of convictions debarred Fitzwilliams from participating in the sport of Kings, but it took a racecourse official and Detective-Sergeant Thompson to convince him this. Warned off by an official he returned soon after, only’ to come under the vigilant eye of the law. Fitzwilliams was last before the court in Hamilton when he was tenced to a term of imprisonment for conducting a game of chance at the Waikato winter show.
