"The title •Sandringham' was not adopted until the Mount Albert Borough Council had discussed the Question and constituted Sandringham a district. We do not want to lose tile identity o* Dominion Road.” He moved that the board should be asked to include on the Balmoral sign the words “Dominion Road." It was finally decided that the action suggested by Mr. Nagle was urgent and should be carried out. Discussion of the limits or other recognition of the district was deferred to a later meeting-
