SARRON TO FIGHT

ARRIVES FIT AND WELL IN NEW PLYMOUTH BOUT WITH DONOVAN Special to THE SUN NEW PLYMOUTH, Today. A great contrast marked the second arrival of Pete Sarron to fulfil his engagement with Tommy Donovan at Western Park on Saturday. No bailiff was present this time, when he was met by members of the Taranaki Boxing Association. Sarron was accompanied by W. Crawford, his trainer, and Lou Bloom, his sparring partner. He is in great condition. Sarron’s hand, injured some weeks ago, was examined by X-day by a New Plymouth doctor, and although the injury is discernible the hand is now in good order. There is no doubt that the fight will be held. Mr. R. Meale, the Auckland referee, will be present.
