SHOULD BE IN FEBRUARY? Press Association NEW PLYMOUTH, Monday. Support for the suggestion by Sir Thomas Sidey that the school summer holidays should be taken ifri February instead of at Christmas was given by the South Taranaki branch of the Educational Institute, which decided to send a remit to the annual conference of the institute.
